Had a very comfortable stay for an additional night. the room was airy and huge, with an older style yet nicely renovated. - the hotel's location was great and lovely, being very close to a motorway. - Set in a very quiet area.

The hotel was well located for access to Perth City. The staff were very helpful, and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

The staff at the counter is very friendly and helpful. The Apartment also has a very good restuarant - Bouchard, that serves excellent breakfast. It is nice and quiet and very near to Kings Park.

The first room that we stayed at is not very clean. The walls of the bathroom are mouldy. The tv is blur and the aircon needs to be serviced.

locality to the city was good

The hotel boasts a great location just a minute's walk from Parliament House. It serves as a good base for exploring the surrounding area. - the room features modern décor and exceptionally comfortable beds, along with a good bathroom.

Just one point of inconvenience, our flight back to Kuala Lumpur was at 6.30am, which meant that we had to leave the hotel at 3.30am. Even though our taxi was pre-booked, it came late and caused some anxiety on our part. This is because the reception closes at 7pm and only opens back at 7am. Can cause some problems, since there are no nearby phone booths, or in case of emergency.

I had a wonderful experience with the incredibly friendly and caring staff, enjoyed a tasty breakfast at a charming restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and beautiful view of the lush surroundings.

the location cannot be beat - and the staff were most helpful in answering questions and arranging cab to airport. also, functional and clean laundry facilities. we enjoyed our balcony as well.

unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing rennovation and the construction noise started at exactly 7:00 a.m. i think the rennovation will however, provide additional beauty and functionality.
